Subliminal suggestions are messages that are embedded into the deep subconscious. The conscious mind does not recognize these messages at all but they will affect the subconscious mind in a positive or a negative way. They can affect ones thoughts at a later date, which will show in your behaviour or actions and attitudes as well as your belief systems and values.
