Pangu Mystical Qigong is a relatively new discipline that not only develops the physical through a series of grueling and painful exercises but in a larger sense the discipline of Pan Gu is imbued with a spiritual or mystical sense in that it gives a healthy disposition to the person improving how the person deals with others and with the universe at large.
