The Easiest Way To Lose Weight And Keep It Off For Good

By Cindy Burgenstein

Lots of people today have a problem with their weight. Ranging from being a few pounds overweight, to full blown clinical obesity, it has become a huge health risk for adults today.

Experts agree that the two most significant changes you can make are to eat less and exercise more. That may seem like a no-brainer, but why are so many people still fat?

One possible explanation may be that people see losing weight as a one-time task, rather than a lifestyle change. If you don't change your lifestyle, you aren't likely to keep off any weight that you might lose.

So it would seem that the best way would be to make a good diet and exercise plan part of your daily routine. This is easiest when they are introduced slowly, so they can become automatic.

Everybody's dream is to lose all the weight in a couple weeks with a magic pill, but is that really possible? Is that really good for your health? It might be better to lose weight slowly.

It's better to slowly add changes to your lifestyle and diet, so that you not only slowly lose weight, but change your lifestyle so that you can easily keep it off.

Imagine what your weight, and your lifestyle would be like one year from now if you made one small change per week, over the next year.

So what changes should we make? Small, easy ones. Park a little further from your office. Get the baked potato once in a while instead of the fries. Get the salad dressing on the side. Use the stairs occasionally.

These may seem small and insignificant in the short term, but they can easily add up to a slimmer, healthier, and sexier body before you know it. - 29161
