Thin Arms And Night Eating Syndrome

By Katherine Crawford M.S.

Night eating syndrome is thin arm enemy #1.

And what exactly is NES? Also known as night eating syndrome, NES is a condition where you have extremely small quantities of food during the day and have extremely LARGE quantities of food at night. It also messes up your levels of arm-thinning hormones.

And how do you figure out if you have NES? Take a look at the following list:

1. No breakfast. The complete skipping of breakfast, and in extreme cases lunch, is a cardinal sign of NES. Do you bolt out of your house every morning without having ANYTHING to eat?

2. Lower mental focus during the day. When you skimp on proper nutrition during the earlier parts of the day, your mental abilities will be drastically reduced. You're also more likely to suffer from depressive emotions.

3. Lots of late night awakenings. This one is a killer. Not only does it interrupt your sleep, but it also pushes you to make trips to the refrigerator. The end result? Sporadic late night feedings, most of which goes towards your arm fat!

4. Lots of carbs during the nocturnal feedings. Unfortunately, NES is characterized by depression, anxiety, and other mental maladies. And carbs provide a quick boost in mood. But they also provide a boost in arm girth

5. Feel stressed out when you're eating. Negative states of mood are very common with NES. If you find yourself feeling anxious, depressed, sad, neurotic, etc. when you're eating at night, you could be counterbalancing with food.

6. A family history of NES. Unfortunately, NES runs in families. So if you know family members with NES, your chances of having it are that much greater.

Read the above list and be brutally honest with yourself. Do you have NES? If so, you have to overcome it if you really want thin and slim arms. Because of the way the female body works, eating lots of food at night translates into excessive arm fat. Don't put this off until tomorrow and seek professional help today. You deserve it! - 29161
