Losing Weight Fast with The Day Off Diet

It is a frequent misconception that the quickest way to lose weight is through starvation but the fact is by eating too little you will be putting yourself into a sort of "starvation mode" which drastically slows the body's metabolism which, of course, slows down fat loss.
