Get Rid Of Big Stomach-By Knowing, Why You Have It In First Place

"Your tummy looks big"," Hey you have got beer belly", how many times you have heard this from family and friends. It could be countless. Your big stomach is such a problem in your life. Repeatedly, it has caused harassment to you. Now let us look at the reason that why we have a big stomach in detail:

Having too much of food at a time: You are hungry, then what is your normal reaction, you eat too much of food. In this process, you consume lot of calories, thus in due course of time, turns into fat.

Living on Fast Food: In today's busy life, everybody wants quick results and therefore do not get much of time to prepare food by themselves. Therefore, they go for fast food such as noodles, Pizza, chips and other stuff. The fact of the matter is that they have tons of calories, which is not conducive for your body. On an average, a typical American needs between 1500-2000 calories intake a day. However, if you have these, during the day, you have already added tons of calories in addition to the calories from your normal foods. At the same time equivalent calories is not disposed from your body.

Our Sedentary Life Style: Our life style plays a major role in our weight gain and especially in growing of our tummy. Long office hours spent in front of a computer, without any physical activity, makes our stomach grow big in due course of time. The Body metabolism needs forces such as exercises, walking, and jogging to operate itself in full gear. In absence of such activities, calorie intake is more than it is burning.

d) The Late Night Food Eating Habit: In today fast-paced life, we do not have much of a time for ourselves, this leaves us having food late night and going to sleep immediately. This habit acts a catalyst in some or other way, to our weight gain and ultimately we having big stomach. Let me explain this in detail: when you eat food, late at night and sleep immediately. The Body has to do two jobs. One is to break down the food and process it; secondly, it has to repair the body parts during sleep. Just Imagine, the kind of stress, you are putting on your body.

e) Having Too Much of Alcohol: It is a myth to believe that alcohol is liquid, so it does not contain calories. However, it contains empty calories. Some research studies have shown that, excess intake of alcohol increases appetite, which leads us to having more food, which over time leads to big stomach. - 29161
