So how important is men's or male fitness? Fitness is vital for everybody and plays a massive role in almost everyone's's lives, but are you aware the fittest men always live the longest?

Irrespective of their age or even genetics, yes a record of heart problems in the family isn't an element here, if you exercise regularly and are in great shape you are certain to live a long and healthful life.

When to Start

It is never too early or too late to start your fitness routine. Experts advised that youngsters as young as six should pack in one hour of powerful activity a day! Sounds strange, but it is recommended by the best America can offer and we all know the advantages of exercising as we grow older, that does not need an introduction.

So if you ask me what the best method of keeping fit after you reach a mature age is, I might endorse yoga and meditation because this not only permits you to have a fitter body, it also gives you inner strength, assurance and most significantly, lowers your stress levels.

you can also go for anxiety management classes. But do whatever is required to de-stress. This is one area of men's fitness which men tend to ignore. Remember men's fitness is not just about pumping iron in the gymnasium. Being mentally fit is crucial too.

That's not to claim that you can skip over the gymnasium or the jog! No sirs, if you're not doing yoga frequently, then you know how important it is to go to the gym and get your daily dose of cardio, together with your anxiety management classes.
