Discover Simple Yet Effective Double Chin Exercises

The great majority of people who willingly cough up huge amounts of money just to keep their facial skin in shape often forget to care for their chin, neck and throat. What's really great is that there is no need to empty your pocket to keep your face, chin, neck and throat looking toned and fab.

No one sane wants to keep or flaunt his or her double chin. A double chin will make you look older than you really are. It is also a sign that you are not in the pink of health.

Consider losing weight if your weight is over that which is right for your height and built. You've got to start working out at least one hour on a daily basis to lose excessive weight. A double chin, however, is not just a sign of being overweight.

Double chin can also be caused by chin, neck and throat muscles that are in bad shape. This is the reason why facial exercises should be done regularly to help you get rid of your double chin. Tighten these muscles by doing these double chin exercises.

Exercise one: Sit upright and bob your head back so you can look at the ceiling. Close and relax your lips as you look at the ceiling. Then open your mouth and stick your tongue out like you're trying to make it touch your chin. Keep this position for ten seconds, then close your mouth and move your head back to its first position.

Exercise no. 2: Look at the ceiling while keeping you back straight. Now start chewing with closed lips as if you have food in your mouth. Your neck and throat muscles are being worked and toned as you chew. The chewing movement should last for twenty seconds.

Third exercise: On your bed lie flat on your back and let your head drop over the edge. Then move your head towards your torso. Count to ten while keeping this position. Let your head drop again and rest a little before you repeat the exercise.

You should do the three exercises at least five times daily, eat the healthiest food and get enough rest to get rid of double chin in four weeks. - 29161
