Many people start their weight loss program by focusing on the type of clothes they can wear, which is natural. After all, who wouldn't want to slim down and look good in a figure hugging outfit after so many years of carrying that extra bulk?

However, the trick to being able to get into a smaller sized pair of pants isn't only dependant on weight loss.

Additionally, the results you see will be long lasting and you won't have to go up a few sizes if you relax your routine a little bit.
